The new passwords must contain the following characters:

• They must be at least 12 characters long
  
• They must contain at least one capital letter (A-Z)
  
• They must contain at least one number (0-9)
  
• They must contain at least one special character (! # $ % & ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ ] ^ _ { | } ~).
